The Dahlia Program provides a trauma-informed, sisterhood-centered recovery support environment where women support one another through accountability, structure, healing, and long-term recovery.
Program Eligibility
To ensure a structured and supportive recovery support program, participants in the Dahlia Program must meet the following criteria:
Must be 18 years of age or older
Must self-identify as a woman
Must demonstrate a commitment to long-term sobriety
Must complete any required detoxification prior to program participation
Must provide required identification and relevant documentation
Must agree to adhere to all program standards and expectations
Program Investment
Cedar Rose Haven operates as a structured recovery support program with coordinated services, accountability systems, and wraparound support.
Program-related costs vary based on individual needs, program structure, and funding sources. All fees, expectations, and financial responsibilities are clearly outlined during the admissions process and provided in writing prior to program participation.
We are committed to maintaining transparency while ensuring that each participant receives the appropriate level of support for their recovery journey.

Sobriety & Accountability Monitoring
Routine check-ins and optional accountability check-ins as permitted by program policy support a substance-free recovery support program where participants can remain focused on their recovery goals.
Program Participation
Participants contribute to the recovery community through shared responsibilities, recovery meeting attendance, program activities, and active peer support.
