Our mission is to deliver a comprehensive recovery support system — including transportation coordination, meal support programming, professional coordination with case managers and recovery coaches, and consistent oversight — that preserves dignity and empowers individuals in Northwest Houston to achieve long-term recovery and sustainable independence.
